Motor City Tap Fest is a tap festival featuring 4 days of classes with leading artists. Class sizes are limited to ensure that each dancer will have a great experience and get to interact with each faculty member. The MCTF faculty is an elite group of professionals that are not only accomplished artists, but leading educators as well.

We recommend at least 3 years of continuous tap training for the advanced beginner level, 5+ years for intermediate and 8+ years for advanced. These are general guidelines, as we know that everyone has a unique background. We highly recommend mixing up the levels to refine basics while challenging your level.
No problem! You can make changes on the Tap Dance Detroit app until 2 hours before your scheduled class.
